Williams Radio and Electrical has been serving the Kent community since 1979. We specialise in audio, computers, electrical, electronic, networking, radio, satellite, television and video. We only sell products that we understand, so that we can offer advice and guidance and support on anything that we sell.

Our product range comprises products that:-

• Require a significant level of technical understanding in order to be able to properly use them or to understand what you need to buy.
• May require a level of after-sales support not normally available in the high street.
• Products that are not available in shops that adopt the ‘stack em high sell em cheap’ model.
• Products and spares that are often needed to keep items of equipment in working order.

If we have not got what you want, we will:-

• Try and get it for you.
• Make it for you - if we can.
• Use our counter-top internet access to try and locate what you need.

At Williams Radio and Electrical, our goal is to provide you with courteous, expedient, professional service of the highest calibre.

As a testament to the quality of service that we provide, many of our regular customers come from as far afield as Dover, Canterbury and Ashford. Of course, many of our customers come from Folkestone and Hythe, too. In the last few years we have also been shipping goods around the UK, thanks largely to this website and word of mouth. In 2007, we were awarded the Channel Chamber Customer Service award.
